In 2001 we began our business as a local ISP and an international calling card company in Lviv, Ukraine. In two years we made our first steps in voice wholesale.

Cronosell has 3 POPs in Lviv, Frankfurt and New York. In 2016 we made a massive upgrade to our billing/routing system, including both hardware and software parts, to extend our routing capabilities and improve our services. Our traffic management is based on Alaris inVoice — an integrated carrier-grade solution by AlarisLabs, with powerful tools for call routing, rates management, quality monitoring, billing and finances.

We offer a number of service levels to fit different requests of our partners, both CLI and non-CLI, from simple least cost routing to complex custom schemes.

Telecom Sales Representative/Account manager

Exciting opportunity for a candidate with high communication skills, who is willing to build and maintain long term B2B relations. The position means office work in Lviv with a flexible schedule. After completion of a probation term remote work would be possible as well.

The position is a multi-layered role which is being built around international telecoms sales with aspects of account management and business development.


• work with existing customers, build long-term relations, extend sales
• look for new customers, negotiate contracts
• end to end customer management
• attend industry events when necessary

Our candidate is expected to be:

• proficient in English – B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
• experienced PC user, familiar with office software, e-mail, messengers
• motivated team player, able to work in quickly changing environment
• highly receptive to new knowledges and technologies

Additional skills are welcome:

• languages: Spanish, French, other
• experience with telecom hardware/software
• experience in customer support, sales
• basic knowledge of database technologies
